STATEMENT

Many times, in science, there are several people who are accredited with the development of an invention or theory; knowledge and technology are passed on and built upon from generation to generation. The contributions Thomas Edison gave to the field of science and film are crucial pieces in the birth of modern film. without the first motion picture cameras, there would be nothing to inspire others to develop and improve upon them, therefore the birth would have to be prolonged and we would have nothing but a picture to remember it by.
